Staff Welfare Policy
 
Members of the staff are the most important resources we have in our institution. Therefore, the staff welfare policy of the college is made with the objective to encourage and enable all staff to farther their professional and personal development and to create an efficient and healthy work environment staff whose individual needs will be more effective in their professional life/mission.
Staff Welfare Schemes:
  1. Yearly Increment is to be given to all staff.
  2. All employee will be provided EPF as per Government Norms.
  3. Gratuity benefits are also to be provided to all staff as per the government regulation on attaining superannuation.
  4. The employees are sanctioned the following leaves as per the policies of the state Government and the Governing Body of the college.
  • Casual Leaves - (13 days)
  • Medical Leave - (10 days)
  • Maternity Leave – (6 months)
  • On duty leave for attending refresher course / FDP / Seminar / Conferences etc.
  • Special Leaves as per the requirement of employee at the discretion of management.
V. Incentives:
  1. The institution provides opportunities to participate in co-curricular, cultural and research activities and incentives to the staff are to be provided for the following:
  • TA/DA/Registration fee sponsored by the college to attend National, International seminars, conferences, refresher courses, faculty development programmes.
  1. Extra increment to staff who acquire Ph.D.
  2. Incentives / extra is to be renumeration is provided for extra hours of duty to the staff whenever need arises.
  3. Christmas gift is to be provided for supporting staff (A sum of Rupees 1000)
  4. Gift provided to all staff on the occasion of teachers’ day.
VI.1. Advance salary is granted to the support staff in case of emergency requirement.
      2. Incase, of extra-ordinary circumstances upto 20,000/- rupees loan is permitted to
          the 4th class employees.
      3. Fee concession is given to the ward of employees for college study.
